Booking Terms

All bookings are subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit of PKR 20,000 per person is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 45+ days before departure: 75% refund. 30–44 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund. Visa fees are non-refundable.

Visa Guarantee

Falah Tourism guarantees Saudi Umrah visa approval. In the rare event of a decline due to no fault of the applicant, a full refund of visa processing fees will be issued.
